专利说明:
The basis of the present invention is the realization that the above-mentioned object can be achieved by means of mobile houses with an inorganic sill on adjustable feet. The particular characteristic of a mobile house according to the present invention is stated in claim 1. An advantage of a mobile house designed according to the present invention is that it is easy to transport in parts which can be quickly assembled into a house or together with similarly designed mobile houses into a house body such as a field hospital. In a preferred mobile house, a hammer band comprises a profile with a gutter for function as a gutter, in which rainwater can be collected. A plurality of mobile houses can advantageously be assembled into a house complex, such as. a field hospital, comprising at least two mobile houses according to the present invention. The lifespan of a mobile house according to the present invention is at least 20 years, which is considerably more than the lifespan of currently used tents, which last for about 1 year. Additional features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and appended claims. The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the detailed description of embodiments and the accompanying figures, which are illustrative only and thus not limiting of the present invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 shows in perspective from above an embodiment of a mobile housing according to the present invention. Fig. 2 shows a cross section of the mobile housing shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 shows an awl on feet, which is part of the mobile housing shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 4 shows in magnification a part of Fig. 2. Fig. 5 shows the bottom layer of the mobile housing shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 6 shows floorboards in the mobile housing shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 7 shows in plan view and side view a plurality of mobile houses assembled to form a field hospital. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS In the following description, for explanatory and non-limiting purposes, specific details, such as particular techniques and applications, are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that differ from these specific details. Other examples omit a detailed description of well-known methods and devices so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary details. An embodiment of a mobile housing according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1- 6. The mobile housing comprises a sill 1 of inorganic material, at least four height-adjustable feet 2, a framework 3, 4 , 5, 6 of inorganic material for walls and ceilings, a plurality of floorboards 7, a plurality of wall panels 8, and a plurality of roof panels 9, wherein in assembled condition the adjustable feet support the sill: L wave at a distance from the underlying ground. The mobile housing is normally rectangular and the adjustable feet are advantageously placed in each corner of the thus rectangular awning. By the mobile house coming up at a distance from the underlying ground, several advantages are achieved. Any rainwater or other flowing water does not risk the house. getting into Such water can often be heavily polluted in different types of camps where hygiene is poorly maintained and thus contributes to a strong deficient standard. The sill 1 is advantageously made of metal, preferably galvanized sheet steel. The framework is advantageously made of inorganic material, preferably impact-resistant ABS or equivalent plastic material. Because the framework is made of impact-resistant ABS or equivalent plastic material, a practical and useful inside is obtained that is easy to disinfect and clean and thus to a large extent to reduce the spread of infectious diseases among the residents. The mobile housing advantageously comprises fire protection 10 under the floorboards 7 and is supported by said awl. The fire protection is preferably made of corrugated sheet metal. The floorboards 7 are advantageously made with an upper layer of impact-resistant ABS or equivalent plastic material or magnesium oxide-based gypsum and stone board and a lower layer 1010 of cellular plastic, preferably a density of 200. The floorboards can preferably have the dimension 2400x1200x48. The framework 3 advantageously comprises at floor level a horizontally open profile for receiving floorboards. The framework 4 advantageously comprises in walls a horizontally open profile for receiving wall panels. Furthermore, the framework 6 advantageously comprises in the roof hammer bands with a horizontally open profile for receiving wall panels and a profile open towards the ridge for receiving ceiling panels. In addition, the framework 5 advantageously comprises a profile open against the hammer band for receiving roof panels. Preferably, the hammer band further comprises a chute 11 outwardly from the mobile housing for collecting and collecting rainwater. Rainwater collected in this way can advantageously be passed through a filter to be purified through in order to then be able to be used excellently, for example as drinking water. Advantageously, the sill comprises a profile 12 for receiving horizontal position determining means such as a ball or water. This allows easy correlation between wave measurement of the mobile housing and adjustment of the adjustable feet. After adjustment, the adjustable feet are preferably locked by locking nuts suitable for the purpose. The wall and ceiling panels are advantageously made. with an inner layer of impact-resistant ABS or equivalent plastic material, an outer layer of magnesium oxide-based gypsum and stone board and an intermediate layer of cellular plastic, preferably a density of 100. The wall and ceiling boards may preferably have the dimension 2400X120OX48. Alternatively, the wall and ceiling panels have an inner and outer layer of magnesium oxide-based gypsum and stone slab, 10 or 25 impact-resistant ABS or equivalent plastic material as inner and outer layers. By advantageously coating, preferably coating, wall panels and roof panels externally with a ceramic optional color combination with heat-repellent effect, preferably microsilicate: M-DFO1, a reflection of about 84% of sunlight is achieved according to DIN 67 507. Magnesium oxide-based gypsum and stone slabs have the advantage that they are completely non-combustible. A mobile house with a base area of 19 m2, a height of 2.4 m, and preferably including an internal partition wall can accommodate 6 people according to UNHCR's recommended standard. The mobile house can easily be equipped with solar cells for electrical energy and necessary applications for recovery and purification of rainwater to drinking water. Advantageously, all parts of the mobile housing are made of inorganic material, so that the mobile housing can be shipped freely across national borders. The adjustable feet are advantageously made of metal, preferably galvanized sheet steel. To facilitate entry / exit from the mobile house, which. is elevated above the ground with. by means of the height-adjustable feet, the mobile housing preferably comprises a ramp 13, advantageously made of metal, preferably galvanized steel sheet, to facilitate entry and exit of wheelchair-bound etc. A housing complex comprising a plurality of mobile houses according to the present invention described above will be described with reference to Fig. 7. By assembling preferably 20 mobile houses, for example, a field hospital can be obtained. The mobile houses are held together by U-shaped elements immersed over adjacent ledges. The field hospital may, for example, include reception 20, 21, 22, Op 23, 24, 25, rinsing and washing surface 28, waiting room pe-op Post-op lock X-ray department 26, laboratory 27, sterile center 29, 'care department' 30 for 'ten patients, and ward 31 for five patients. Advantageously, the field hospital can be supplemented with mortuary 32. A house complex with 20 nwbile houses with additional materials for electrical, climate and dry air installations, connectable to existing and today known applications where basic lighting is installed and operated primarily by solar cells with LED lamps housed in a so-called 40 foot container, or two 20 foot containers for air freight, and with a total weight of about 15 tons. With the floorboards made with a top layer in impact-resistant ABS or equivalent plastic material, a very easily disinfected and cleanable floor surface is obtained. It is obvious that the present invention can be varied in a number of ways. Such variations should not be construed as departing from the scope of the present invention. All such variations as will be apparent to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention according to the appended claims.
